The Excitement — and the Challenge — of Planning a Reunion

Few events are as rewarding as bringing your classmates back together after all these years. The laughter, the stories, the chance to reconnect — it’s an unforgettable experience.

But before the fun comes the work. And most reunion committees quickly discover how overwhelming it can be to:

Find and reach your classmates (some haven’t updated their contact info in decades)
Set a ticket price that’s affordable and covers all your expenses
Track RSVPs and setup online payments, while keeping contact data organized and private
Design and send invitations, create name tags, memory books, and in-memoriam tributes
Make sure everything runs smoothly the night of the event so you can actually enjoy it

The good news?

We’ve created a Free Reunion Planning Guide that walks you through every step — from your first committee meeting to the final thank-you email after the event.

You’ll get expert tips, checklists, and tools that have helped thousands of committees plan stress-free reunions that are well attended, financially sound, and truly memorable.

Nancy Love

Our class has over 850 names, and it was an overwhelming task just thinking about where to begin. My reunion was a huge success because of ReunionDB.

Carrie Worthington

Carl Sandburg High School IL – Class of 1977

A friend recommended ReunionDB and I don't think we could have pulled it off without their help. Without ReunionDB’s help getting the word out to classmates, I our reunion would not have been nearly as successful.

Cathy Lodge

Our 50th Reunion was a resounding success! I will not hesitate to recommend ReunionDB. I am sure we would not have had such a great turnout without you. Thanks so very much!!!

Marilynn Johnson

We worked with ReunionDB to plan our 40th high school reunion. We had more than 200 classmates attend out of a graduating class just over 400! I highly recommend ReunionDB!

I organized a 30 year high school reunion with a small committee (3 people). It was a huge success because of ReunionDB. They did over 90% of the work and our committee got 100% of the credit!
